Бар, есть бар, драки тут нормальное явление, да и то, что к Родригес иной раз лучше не суваться уяснили все завсегдатые бара. Ну а новенькие... Они еще пытаются, подначиваемые старичками, которые уже стали делать на ставках &quot;Сколько он продержится рядом с Мишель&quot; неплохие деньги. Собственно Мишель эту фишку просекла и сейчас охотно подыгрывает, за что и получает процент вне зависимости от того, кто победил в споре. <br /><strong>- Привет, Пол,</strong>- поздоровалась Миша с барменом, так называли ее самые близкие люди, и села за барную стойку, затем огляделась. Заприметив знакомые лица, сделала характерный кивок головой в знак приветствия.<br /><em class="bbuline">- Тебе как обычно?</em> - протирая стакан полотенцем, поинтересовался он. Обернувшись увидела до боли знакомую троицу. <br /><strong>- А вот и мои коллеги,</strong>- прошептала Полу и помахала рукой новоприбывшим или догнавшим ее. Как непосильная ноша они давят на нас, напоминая о том, что мы должны. А все на самом деле, могло быть гораздо проще. Если бы в определенный момент вы не сказали эту короткую фразу &quot;я обещаю&quot;, то все могло быть иначе. Но никто в то момент не думает, что его слова&#160; приобретут силу и потребуют отчета. Поэтому, мы и получаем то, что имеем. Злость, от того что вынуждены, вмешиваться и решать чьи то дела. И всё из-за одной маленькой фразы.<br />Бен не думал, что вляпается в такие неприятности. Он привык все решать наперед, раскладывая и разбирая все по полочкам. И когда он обещал присматривать за Эшли, сестрой своего старинного приятеля он не думал о проблемах. В его понимания она уже давно была большой девочкой, и не нуждалась ни в чьей опеке. Пусть он знал, её еще меленькой девчонкой с косичками, но сейчас она была уже достаточно взрослой для опеки. И его слова были сказаны брату Эшли, лишь ради успокоения последнего.
